LEA Partners is a leading private equity firm in the DACH region with AUM of €2 billion. We are a dedicated team based in Karlsruhe, Germany, and support founders and management teams of innovative B2B software and technology companies in achieving sustainable growth and market leadership.

Your tasks
- Support in analyzing investment opportunities, creating financial models, conducting company valuations, and due diligence processes
- Conducting trend, market, and competitive analyses
- Creating and preparing presentations and reports for the investment team
- Supporting portfolio companies from a fund perspective (e.g., dashboards, KPI analyses, financial modeling) and assisting in the development of value enhancement strategies
- Working closely with investment managers and other specialist departments Your profile
- You are currently completing a master's degree in business administration/economics, finance, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
- You have initial relevant practical work experience in the areas of investment banking/M&A, private equity, or management consulting
- You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and initial experience with financial models.
- You are an analytical, structured self-starter and have a quick grasp of new concepts.
