Position Description

As a Product Manager at Cinemo, you have the responsibility to place our products, features and services in the best possible market position. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will own and drive various product management activities across the whole product lifecycle such as: managing strategy to conquer the market, shaping ideas into product/feature/service concepts, supporting agile implementation or prioritizing features based on business value, proposing pricing models and strategy.
Your extensive interest for industry / market trends, innovation and AI-driven technologies will continuously drive your product(s) agenda (existing and new). Your exceptional technical expertise in machine learning, cloud-based architectures and LLM-based agentic systems combined with a proven business understanding positions you as a central stakeholder in our organization with strong leadership, able to communicate at all levels within the company.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and Go To Market (offer description, value proposition & USPs, positioning vs competition or alternative solutions, product configuration and versioning, customer support model, etc.)
• Specify product/feature/service requirements by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers, potential customers as well as partners
• Focus on integrating highly scalable ML and cloud-based solutions with AI agentic behavior into products and features while ensuring business alignment with the market and customer needs.
• Support multimedia Android based products, leveraging knowledge of Android Automotive OS (AAOS) and IVI systems.
• Manage the roadmap of your product(s) and enable all stakeholders depending on it
• Work with the engineering Product Owners to drive a solution which is set cross-functionally (Development, Marketing, Professional Services, Support, Sales) through market requirements, product development, documentation and positioning
• Run training, beta and pilot programs with early-stage products/features/services including innovation concepts

What you will need to succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management for software solutions that include machine learning and cloud-based architectures
• Strategic and creative thinking with very analytical and quantitative approach, having the ability to use data/metrics/KPIs to propose options
• Passion about identifying market trends, addressing market/customer needs and solving business problems with AI and technology
• Successful track record in launching new products especially in AI, agent-based technologies, IVI/Multimedia and mobility markets
• Strong customer and market centric mindset with the ability to balance technical innovation and business value
• Demonstrated expertise in Android Automotive ecosystem (AAOS / AOSP) including various App distribution channels such as App Stores, and acquainted with release management concepts and versioning
• Demonstrated expertise in AI, Cloud (preferable AWS) and Machine Learning, specifically in agent-based systems & services, and their integration into product development and features
• Software Project Management experience, software engineering background is a plus
• Proactive, agile, hands-on attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with VP-C level executives and other senior stakeholders
• Result-driven with “can do” attitude, and flexibility and adaptiveness to changing environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
