About Happy Lemon Games
Happy Lemon Games is a fast-growing remote game development studio specializing in hypercasual and casual mobile games.
Our team is distributed across Europe, Vietnam, Turkey, and beyond. We move fast, value clear communication, and are building something genuinely exciting. We're now growing our internal operations team — and we're looking for a Project Manager to help us run even better.
Tasks
About the Role
As our Project Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of the team. You'll work closely with leadership and our game developers to keep projects on track, people aligned, and communication flowing across time zones. This is a hands-on coordination role — not just reporting, but actively driving progress.
You'll join our sprint cycles, run daily check-ins, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you're organized, energetic, and love working with creative teams — this role was made for you.
What You'll Do
- Join weekly sprint kickoff and review meetings with the leadership team
- Run daily check-ins with internal team members and track progress
- Manage tasks and sprints in ClickUp — create, assign, and follow up on tasks
- Keep our Notion documentation hub up to date and organized
- Communicate clearly with team members across different time zones
- Flag blockers early and help the team resolve them quickly
- Support onboarding of new team members into our tools and processes
- Coordinate between departments: hiring, finance, operations, and development
Requirements
What We're Looking For
We care far more about who you are than what your CV says. The right person has:
- Strong written and spoken English — you communicate clearly and professionally
- Positive energy and a can-do attitude — you lift the team, not drain it
- High intelligence and fast learning ability — you figure things out
- Strong organization skills — nothing slips through the cracks with you
- Genuine curiosity about how teams and projects work
- Comfort working remotely and across time zones
- Experience with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, Slack, or similar (nice to have, not required)
- Background in project coordination, operations, or team management (nice to have)
Benefits
What We Offer
- 100% remote — work from anywhere
- A fast-moving, international team that values your input
- Clear responsibilities and real ownership from day one
- Competitive salary discussed based on your experience and location
- A chance to grow with us — we're building something big
