Job description
- You will be responsible for the organisation, implementation and follow-up of examinations in compliance with the legal requirements
- You will be responsible for processing the administrative processes associated with the area of responsibility
- You will be responsible for the cooperation and support of examination committees
- You will take care of the examination service for companies, examination participants and examiners:and examiners
- You are the internal and external specialist contact person for all topics relating to the assigned examinations
- You are also involved in information events for newly organised training occupations
- You are responsible for representation work in accordance with the specifications of the team and division management
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), computer scientist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You also have at least 2 years of professional experience
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- Friendliness, reliability, team spirit and a precise way of working round off your profile
