You will have sole responsibility for the entire recruitment process for our offices in Germany and Romania

You will develop innovative, active and passive sourcing strategies for a wide range of roles within our company and implement them successfully

You will make targeted use of the latest recruitment tools, understand AI-based approaches and know how technology can make your work more efficient

You will work closely with our hiring managers, external partners and service providers to understand projects and requirements, thereby identifying the best talent

You will be responsible for building and maintaining our talent pool as well as fostering long-term relationships with candidates

You will strengthen our presence as an employer and drive employer branding initiatives

You drive HR projects in the recruitment sector and support our hiring managers with training and best practices

Ideally, you will have a degree or vocational qualification in HR and at least 5 years’ hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within a start-up or scale-up in the SaaS sector

Practical experience with Personio (particularly the recruiting tool) is a major plus

You excel at active sourcing and have a keen eye for suitable candidates as well as for innovative recruiting strategies

You have a thorough understanding of relevant (international) recruiting channels and use them effectively to source candidates

You are proactive, communicative and confident, and possess excellent organisational and time management skills

You have a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with a highly hands-on mindset

You are fluent in German and have a very good command of English (minimum C1 level)
