• Support and representation of the ward manager in the professional and organizational management of the nursing team

• Ensuring professional, empathetic and evidence-based care in a diverse, interdisciplinary environment
• Promoting an appreciative team culture, actively supporting change processes and providing impetus for innovative care concepts
• Coordination and communication between nursing, doctors, therapists and relatives with a focus on smooth processes and the specific requirements in the surgical field
• Participation in training, further and advanced training and internal projects for continuous quality development
• Providing expert and empathetic support and advice to patients and relatives to ensure individual, needs-based and respectful care

Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), ideally supplemented by further training as a ward manager or several years of experience in a managerial role, combined with sound specialist knowledge in the respective area of application

Several years of professional experience in nursing, preferably in the surgical field

Strong empathy, a structured way of working and clear communication to ensure optimal patient care

Enjoy a new challenge as well as commitment and the ability to work in a team

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
