Your Responsibilities – Leadership with Strategic Impact

As Team Lead Requirement Management (m/f/d) in Kassel, you will be responsible for guiding a team of requirement managers and ensuring that every technical and organizational aspect of requirement management runs smoothly.

• Team Leadership: Manage and support requirement managers, define structures, and motivate team members.
• Requirement Processes: Develop, test, and improve requirement management processes in line with best practices and industry standards.
• Training & Development: Conduct training sessions, provide coaching, and ensure continuous knowledge growth in your team.
• Customer & Partner Interfaces: Oversee the implementation of compliant data access and coordinate exchanges with customers and external partners.
• Traceability: Actively support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) traceability, ensuring every requirement is tracked.
• System Development: Work closely with engineering, IT, and project management to align technical requirements with practical execution.
• Documentation: Ensure requirements are clearly documented and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.

Your Profile – What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this position, you should bring a strong academic background combined with proven leadership skills.

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Several years of experience in requirement management or system engineering
• Practical experience in building, implementing, and improving RM systems
• Excellent written and spoken English and German
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings with customers and partners
