Become part of the WINNINGTEAM+ as a (Junior) Project Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on projects in Poland.
Following your structured onboarding process and individual training, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the timely, cost-effective, and flawless implementation of our lightweight hall projects and supporting our customers throughout Europe from our headquarters in Hennef.
Thanks to your strong organizational skills, as a project manager you will never lose track of multiple parallel projects and will always keep your projects on budget and on time. As the linchpin at the center of our operational project business, you will act as a strong communicator, mediator, and de-escalation point between external and international (customers/builders, building authorities, service providers, and suppliers) and internal (supply chain management, sales, technology, and assembly) project partners. You will spend most of your working time at our company headquarters in Hennef. Project-related site visits to other European countries will be made as required and will account for an average of 30% of your working time.
Your Tasks
- You will be responsible for the commercial, technical, and organizational management of the timely, cost-effective, and flawless implementation of our international lightweight construction hall projects.
- You will coordinate both internal (sales, supply chain management, planning, scheduling) and external interfaces (especially builders and subcontractors) and reliably ensure that all external and internal project participants receive all necessary information and preparatory work in a timely manner.
- Based on the hall configurations that you receive from sales at the start of the project, you will create parts lists for components and materials from our modular system and define capacity requirements for personnel, tools, and services. In the event of obstacles and conflicts during the project, you will act as a strong communicator, mediator, and de-escalation point.
- You will spend most of your working time at our company remote, if necessary, you will visit project-related construction sites in Poland or European countries (30% maximum).
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training or a degree, ideally with a technical or construction-related focus (e.g., industrial engineer, civil engineer, mechanical engineer, architect, construction technician, architectural draftsman, technical draftsman, technical system planner, construction manager, technical business economist, industrial clerk, metalworker, or carpenter with further training as a technician or master craftsman (*gn)).
- Alternatively, you can also convince us if you have no formal training in this field but have relevant professional experience in technical project management (e.g., in trade fair construction, stage construction, event construction, facade construction, scaffolding, metal construction, plant construction, mast construction, wind power, solar systems, etc.).
- Practical experience in the areas of project management, project control, project execution, project leadership, construction management, work preparation, production planning, production control, order center, order processing, or similar areas.
- Fluent English and Polish language skills at least at level B2.
- Organizational skills, strong implementation skills, and very good communication skills. Confident use of MS Office; experience with an ERP system is an advantage but not essential.
- Willingness to travel sporadically within the country and, if necessary, within Europe for project-related purposes (max. 30%).
