Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for our customers with questions about setting up, using and troubleshooting our software solutions.
- You analyze requests and problems, document them in the ticket system and find solutions – independently or in collaboration with our development team.
- You carry out installations and configurations and teach customers how to use our solutions safely and efficiently through training and instructions.
- You take on project tasks, from prioritizing to coordinating and independent processing of topics.
- You help to continuously improve our internal processes.
Your profile
- Completed training or studies in the field of logistics or IT
- Experience in IT support, customer service or a comparable role with direct customer contact
- Understanding of the basic functionality of software solutions
- Basic understanding of warehouse, production or transport software or operational processes desirable

- Strong service orientation with a high level of quality awareness and reliability
- Ability to explain technical matters in an understandable way
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of personal responsibility and interest in troubleshooting and solving problems
