Tasks

Administrative operation and configuration of the LeanIX platform

User administration, role management and onboarding of new LeanIX users

Maintenance, quality assurance and further development of enterprise architecture artefacts and attributes

Support in documenting and structuring DACHSER’s application and technology landscape

Coordination, test and introduction of platform releases and communication of new functionalities

Preparation and support of workshops, trainings and governance meetings

Administrative support of enterprise architecture governance and review processes

Qualifications

Completed education or degree in IT, business informatics, information systems or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in IT administration, platform operations or enterprise systems, experience with leanIX is a plus
Very good organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style
Strong affinity for data quality, documentation and transparency
Basic understanding of IT landscapes, applications and interfaces
High service orientation and ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders
Good written and spoken English (German is an advantage)
