Your Responsibilities:
Become part of our international Customer Service team and actively shape the support of our Global (Key) Accounts as well as the implementation of exciting customer projects. In this role, you will be the central interface between our international customers, internal departments, and sales companies. If you enjoy organization, communication, and project work, you are exactly right with us!
Creation, processing, and monitoring of orders, quotations, and contracts in an international environment
Back-office support for our Global (Key) Account customers
Project management for international customer projects
Support for the field sales team and international sales companies (e.g., customer and market analyses, evaluations)
Monitoring delivery times, adherence to deadlines, and shipping processes, as well as handling returns and restocking
Acting as a substitute for other customer service representatives and taking on special tasks as assigned by the team leader
Your Profile:
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in international customer service or project management is desirable
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
Confident use of MS-Office and ideally experience with ERP systems (SAP)
High service orientation, enjoyment of working in an international environment, strong communication skills, organizational talent, and team spirit
