As a Product Owner, you will work with your team members in product management to drive the further development of our application, planning, organising and supporting the implementation of functional and technical requirements and features.
What can you expect?
Managing one of our Agile development teams according to the Scrum model and taking responsibility for the product backlog.
Defining product requirements for the Kasasi platform, including epics, user storys, and acceptance criteria.
Supporting the team with sprint planning, refinements, reviews and retrospectives.
Coordinating and actively managing the requirements and expectations of all relevant stakeholders.
Acting as the internal contact person with in-depth product knowledge and participating in the further development of the application by incorporating product feedback from support and sales, as well as your own ideas and concepts based on market observation and customer needs.
What you bring with you
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or comparable training
At least three years' experience in a similar role or in an agile environment according to Scrum.
Ideally, you will have knowledge in the area of requirements analysis and project management.
Ability to think holistically, structured approach to work, strong conceptual and analytical skills
Technical affinity and a solid understanding of data structures, cloud-based and scalable web applications, for example.
Fluency in German at C2 level and excellent written and spoken English
