Your Profile:

Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT or a related digital field; several years of experience as Product Owner in complex, multi‑regional digital environments (ideally B2B e‑business/e‑commerce)
Agile & Delivery: Proven expertise with Scrum and scaled agile frameworks; strong skills in backlog management, roadmapping, and cross‑team alignment (Jira/Confluence).
Tech & Platforms: Solid understanding of web architectures, APIs, ERP/PIM/CRM/eCommerce integrations; experience with analytics, A/B testing, and performance measurement
Leadership & Communication: Excellent stakeholder leadership, communication, and facilitation skills; able to align global teams and influence without authority; fluent in English and German
Mindset: Strategic and data‑driven, with ownership mentality; passionate about digitalization, UX, and continuous improvement.
Your Tasks:
Own Strategy & Roadmap: Define and steer the global digital platform strategy (incl. KPIs); align with corporate, marketing and regional needs
Prioritize for Value: Maintain a clear, value‑driven backlog; decide feature scope and sequencing based on customer/business value, effort, and dependencies
Cross‑Functional Delivery: Collaborate with product, design/UI‑UX, engineering, IT, and regions; manage releases, documentation, and vendor/partner contributions
Operations, Testing & Quality: Oversee site/shop availability, stability and performance via IT experts; manage UAT, regression, and performance testing; drive "lessons learned.”
Insights to Action: Use analytics, user feedback, and usability testing to continuously improve customer journeys; harmonize global and local requirements and maintain documentation and support processes.
