Junior Investor Relations Associate - Your future role?
We are seeking a Junior Investor Relations Associate to join our Investor Relations team. This new role will support the team in managing relationships with investors and analysts, ensuring effective communication of Givaudan's financial performance and strategic initiatives.
In this role you will be based in Kemptthal, Switzerland (hybrid role, with 1 day home office opportunity/week) and will report directly to the Head Investor & Media Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Earnings Materials Preparation - Assist in preparing earnings materials, including presentations, scripts, and Q&A documents for earnings calls and investor meetings
Investor Events Support - Support the organization and execution of investor events such as earnings calls, roadshows, and conferences
Market Monitoring - Monitor market trends, peer performance, and analyst reports to provide insights for the team
Cross-Functional Coordination - Coordinate with Finance, Communications, Legal, and ESG teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy
Investor Engagement Tracking and Analysis - Track shareholder ownership and gather investor feedback to inform engagement strategies. Support the monitoring and analysis of investor targeting and engagement strategies
Investor Inquiries - Respond to investor inquiries and provide information as needed
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, investor relations, equity research, consulting, or audit
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a beneficial
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or investor relations tools is a beneficial
- Strong ability to analyze financial data and market trends is crucial
- Ability to interact with investors and other stakeholders
- A professional, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
