Job description
- You are responsible for the care and development of our plant stocks
- You also carry out all technical cultivation measures (including pruning, potting, watering, plant protection according to specifications)
- You prepare plants for dispatch
- You provide support for deliveries to customers
- You take on general activities in the day-to-day business of the nursery
Requirements
- As a career changer (m/f/d) with an interest in plants, you are very welcome
- Ideally, you have experience in assembly
- hands-on skills are a matter of course for you
- good spoken German is what sets you apart
- you score points with a class B driving licence
- reliability and the ability to work in a team speak for themselves
- a valid work permit rounds off your profile
