Manager Software Testing (m/f/d)

Then join us: we’re looking for a Software Testing Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.

• Preparation of test plans and test runs (Cap3 testing tool)
• Development of requirements for testing in a team
• Support of the development process with the aim of quality assurance
• Maintaining the test device pool
• Setting up and maintaining test execution instructions (internal documentation)
• Implementation and monitoring of functional, regression and integration tests (internal and external)
• Create and manage bug tickets (Youtrack)
• Optimizing quality assurance processes

• Relevant experience in the areas of quality assurance and testing, preferably in the area of software development
• Practice in using test and ticket systems is an advantage
• Quality awareness and a careful and structured way of working
• Good German language skills (C1), required for checking texts in applications and communication with service providers and customers

• Modern methods and tools: code reviews, bug tracking, continuous integration/deployment, etc.
• Participate in the internal development of the testing tool
• A responsible and varied field of activity
• Modern workplace with standing desk, laptop and smartphone of choice as well as flexible working hours
• Time to recharge with creative breaks at the soccer table or your weekly massage appointment
