Ihre Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional IT support to colleagues onsite and remotely, troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, networking, and printers
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new starters and leavers
• Collaborate with our Global IT team and Managed Service Provider to resolve technical challenges
• Participate in infrastructure projects and occasional travel to other European sites (up to 10%)
• Configure, deploy, and maintain computer hardware, phone systems, and other technology tools
• Contribute to global documentation efforts and maintain the IT knowledge base
• Ensure adherence to company security policies and standard operating procedures

Ihr Profil

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, networking concepts (TCP/IP), and Active Directory
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for IT
• Great organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Analytical problem-solving abilities
