What you'll do

• Enhance and implement IT risk management processes aligned with the Knauf Group's Enterprise Risk Management approach, maintaining an accurate IT risk register
• Collaborate with various teams, including Enterprise Risk Management, delivery teams, and IT security stakeholders to integrate risk management into IT products, projects, and operations
• Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks while monitoring emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and trends, providing strategic recommendations to address them effectively
• Drive continuous improvement by measuring the effectiveness of risk management practices, refining processes, and embedding risk management principles into the organisational culture
• Promote resilience and risk awareness through training, awareness programs, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring teams understand and address potential vulnerabilities proactively

Who you are

• Hold a degree in Business Studies, Computer Science, or a related field, supported by relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated expertise in IT risk management, including the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in complex IT environments
• Familiar with Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, IT security principles, and methodologies
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and create strategic mitigation plans
• Skilled in collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and communication, with proficiency in English and German
