Purpose

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, interviewing and placing qualified candidates in partnership with hiring managers and HRBPs. You will focus on hiring for the DACH region and support recruitment for roles in the EMEA HQ mainly, building strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels. Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and an ambassador for Medline’s culture and values, you will collaborate closely with HR teams across Europe.

The role is split evenly between DACH and European recruitment, while also providing administrative, analytical and project support to the Talent Acquisition Manager, including vendor coordination, diversity initiatives and recruitment program support.

How can you help us?

  • Partner with hiring managers as a full-cycle recruiter to identify and hire top talent that aligns with organizational goals and culture

  • Source and attract relevant candidates through LinkedIn and additional job boards

  • Manage long-term relationships with applicants as potential candidates

  • Update and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for Europe

  • Work on strategic initiatives such as proactive sourcing, nurturing talent pools, diversity & inclusion

  • Promote employer branding through job postings and various initiatives, both for our German office and support our HR teams in other European sites

  • Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our processes and drive operational improvements

  • Plan and implement regional talent marketing and employer branding initiatives for our location in Kleve, including the creation of flyers and promotional materials, selection and coordination of giveaways, and collaboration with internal and external partners to strengthen the employer brand in the Kleve region.

  • Organize, coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruiting events for our location in Kleve, including booth setup, logistical planning, external partner alignment and representing the company as a brand ambassador

Are you a match?

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting including active sourcing (from entry level to specialists, both blue- and white collar)

  • Ability to drive the process with speed and expertise independently as a recruitment specialist

  • International recruitment experience is a plus, particularly DACH and Benelux

  • Experience working with a diverse team and ensuring hiring fairness

  • Fluency in German and English languages are mandatory (written and spoken)

  • Familiarity with sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean...)

  • Stakeholder management experience and/or extensive (internal) customer service experience

  • Willingness to occasionally travel to the EMEA HQ in Utrecht, the NL
