Role Overview-Part time/10-20 hours per week

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. This includes:

• Recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts
• Preparing basic financial reports
• Payroll
• Internal and external audits
• Ensuring compliance with Austrian tax regulations

🧠 Key Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., BMD, SAP, DATEV)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Knowledge of Austrian tax and accounting standards
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Good command of German (English is a plus)

🎓 Qualifications

• Completed accounting training (Buchhalterprüfung) or a degree in Accounting or Finance
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred
