Your Responsibilities

The Communications Team at ISTA is responsible for a number of areas, including marketing data man-agement, in particular in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. You will mainly work with the CRM man-ager on database structuring and primary data analysis. Your contributions to the team will also support newsletter distribution and marketing, fundraising and development, internal communications, alumni rela-tions, and more. At ISTA, you will also have the opportunity to work on other projects and with other members of the Communications Team based on the team’s needs and areas you are interested in. The main responsibilities of the internship include:

• Identifying and merging duplicate records within the CRM system
• Auditing data following migrations from other systems and platforms
• Helping document guidelines and training materials
• Brainstorming and enacting audience growth campaigns
• Building simple reports and summaries for various stakeholders
• General support of Communications Team projects and initiatives

Your Profile

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis with an eagerness to learn more
• Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy, even for repetitive tasks
• Curious and creative, particularly regarding technological systems
• Excitement to proactively support team members and campus colleagues in various tasks and projects
• Strong command of written and spoken English (Institute language: English)
