Your Contribution:

• Invoice Verification & Posting: You'll be at the heart of our financial processes by verifying, assigning, and posting vendor invoices in line with legal regulations. Your attention to detail will ensure our commitments are upheld and our vendors are valued partners.

• Supplier Account Reconciliation: Engage in the crucial task of reconciling supplier accounts, fostering strong relationships through clear and effective communication with vendors. You will be the connection that builds trust and clarity!

• Payment Processing: Take charge of preparing and executing both manual and automated payment runs. Your role will be vital in ensuring that our payments are precise and timely, reflecting our commitment to our partners.

• Bank Account Transactions: You will also have the responsibility of posting and reconciling bank account transactions, ensuring that all financial activities are accurately recorded and aligned.

• Customer Queries Handling: Put your problem-solving skills to the test as you handle inquiries from our internal customers and external vendors. Your ability to provide insightful responses will enhance our reputation for excellent service.

What You Bring:

• Educational Background: A degree in Accounting or a related field will set you up for success, but we value relevant qualifications just as highly. Your foundation is important as you embark on this exciting journey with us!

• Experience: If you have at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable, you're already on the right track. We appreciate your dedication and are excited to help you grow further in your accounting career!

• Language Skills: Fluency in English and another European language (preferably German) will not only enhance your ability to communicate but also enrich our diverse workplace. Let's bridge cultures together!

• Technical Proficiency: Your proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, will be a great asset. If you have experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO, that's a definite plus! We are committed to equipping you with the tools you need to thrive.
