Your Impact:

• As Director, you are accountable for a large-scale engineering organization (approx. 200 FTE) covering Ambulatory SaaS solutions and core framework modules used across all AIS products.
• You co-define and drive the strategic product technology roadmap for our cloud-based ambulatory portfolio in close collaboration with executive management.
• You ensure that healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g. medical device regulations, audits, compliance) are consistently and rigorously embedded into product development.
• You lead senior leaders and cross-functional teams, continuously advancing scalability, quality, and innovation capability.
• You represent the domain internally and externally, build strong executive-level stakeholder relationships, and position CGM as a leading SaaS provider in the Health-IT market.
