Your contribution:

• Leading and developing our Growth Marketing team, including budget planning and responsibility for paid acquisition initiatives.

• Ownership and responsibility for online lead generation and lead flow, as well as the expansion and further development of our performance marketing setup across all business units.

• Managing and optimizing our tracking setup via server-side GTM.

• Further development of our CRM and lead nurturing strategy using the SAP Marketing Cloud.

• Roadmapping, budget planning, and forecasting within the Growth Marketing team.

Your Profile:

• A completed university degree from a renowned institution in business administration or marketing.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment, along with experience in leading and developing a Growth Marketing team in a dynamic, globally operating environment.

• Deep expertise in performance marketing across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta & Microsoft Ads. 

• A proven track record ofsuccessful full-funnel campaigns in the B2B sector, extensive experience with the SAP Marketing Cloud, and in-depth knowledge of tracking via Google Tag Manager. .

• Long-standing, successful experience in cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners and stakeholders, as well as business-fluent German skills.
