We are already working with global enterprise brands and are expanding quickly into new industries. We are now looking for a High-Performing Account Executive to join our team and build the commercial engine that drives our next stage of growth.
Activities
This is a full-cycle role for someone who loves owning the entire sales process. You won’t just be waiting for inbound leads; you will own the full funnel, from identifying targets and breaking into new accounts to closing enterprise deals.
This role offers full commercial ownership and the opportunity to sell a product with proven demand directly to C-Suite decision-makers and executive strategy teams.
What You Will Do
- Pipeline Generation: You are proud of your prospecting skills. You will identify and engage decision-makers (CMO, Head of CRM, Product) using LinkedIn, cold outreach, networks, and trade fairs.
- Consultative Selling: You will conduct impactful demos that show real competitive insights. You will challenge customer assumptions, demonstrate value, and build business cases.
- Closing: You will manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, negotiating pricing and contracts for multi-market expansions.
- Strategic Impact: As a core part of the commercial team, you will bring structured feedback from the market to our Product and Leadership teams to help shape our roadmap.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2–5 years in B2B SaaS sales (Enterprise or Mid-Market).
- Track Record: You have a demonstrated history of hitting or exceeding quotas.
- Full Cycle DNA: You don’t rely on others to fill your calendar. You have a "hands-on" mentality and love the thrill of the hunt.
- Communication: You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical buyers and tell a compelling story.
- Ambition: You thrive in fast-scaling environments where you can build processes rather than just follow them.
