International Field Technician Refrigeration (m/f/d)

Location: located in Germany

**Travel Requirement: **90-100% international travel

Are you passionate about international travel, technically skilled, and motivated by working directly with customers and service partners worldwide? Then this role is made for you.

As an International Field Technician, you will manage service assignments for our international customers and support our global service partner network. You will be part of a small, specialized International Service team consisting of around 10 colleagues, including field technicians, internal service coordinators, service sales, an assistant, and a Service Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently manage customer assignments and address complaints.
• Maintain, repair, and commission refrigeration systems, cooling units, and cooling towers.
• Monitor system parameters and processes on-site, resolving any malfunctions or issues.
• Document maintenance work and complete assignments punctually and efficiently.
• Provide advice and implement system modernizations.

Your Profile:

• Background as mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology or comparable qualification
• Experience in industrial refrigeration is an advantage
• Strong ability to work independently and communicate directly with customers and partners
• High willingness to travel internationally (90–100%)
• Very good English skills for technical communication; additional languages are a plus
• Structured, solution-oriented, and service-focused mindset
