Your Role: Full Ownership from Day One

Your onboarding will be intense. We expect you to become independent and deliver exceptional results fast. Joining Capnamic means working in a high-performance, flat-hierarchy environment where authenticity, ingenuity, and teamwork are the baseline.

• Deal Sourcing: Actively scout and identify the most promising startups before anyone else does. Build your own network and sourcing engine.
• Execution & Due Diligence: Work directly with our partners to lead deep-dives into markets, industries, and technologies. Drive deals to completion.
• Portfolio Impact: Be a sparring partner for our founders, offering hands-on guidance to help their companies scale.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Capnamic at major conferences and within the global investor ecosystem.

We seek an analytical thinker with the potential to become a leading investor. You should be strong-minded yet humble - someone who understands their unique edge and uses it to challenge us.

• Entrepreneurial DNA: You’ve held an operational role in a scale-up or built something from scratch. You know what "getting things done" actually feels like.
• Intellectual Sharpness: You transform deep insights into bold actions and stay ahead of market dynamics.
• Networker by Nature: You possess high EQ and the ability to build trust with exceptional founders and co-investors.
• Language: Fluent German and English are mandatory.
