On behalf of our customers we are looking for an **Legal Support Specialist (m/f/d) international **in the greater Cologne area as part of our service of direct personnel placement.

Your tasks

• Providing administrative and legal support to the international legal team
• Drafting, reviewing and formatting contracts, agreements and legal documents
• Maintaining databases, filing systems and legal archives
• Coordinating communication with internal departments, external partners, authorities and courts
• Supporting compliance, risk management and corporate governance tasks
• Preparing presentations, reports and summaries for management

Your profile

• Completed degree or vocational training in law, business law or comparable field
• First professional experience in a legal department or law firm desirable
• Very good English skills (C1), German or additional languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and document management systems
• Strong organizational skills, reliability and attention to detail
