Your tasks

The Product Coordination team, as part of Commercial Management, forms the interface between Product Management and administrative departments within the company. Our task is to check the requirements of these departments for the product and to standardize and simplify them as far as possible. In concrete terms, this means

• Managing projects or representing the interests of the product areas in cross-departmental projects at DERTOUR
• Collaboration in the further development and structuring, digitalization and automation of processes between the product areas and all other central areas at DERTOUR
• Control and coordination of contract management for the product area, including the design of new contract documents and legally compliant company requirements in coordination with the legal department
• Conceptualization, development and implementation of relevant (administrative) specifications and ensuring efficient system processes in product management
• Coordination of overarching requirements in close coordination with the product areas and other central departments
• Close exchange with and support of colleagues in Product Coordination, especially in the areas of agency contract management, legal company requirements, reporting and process optimization

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a tourism clerk
• Several years of professional experience in tourism
• Good knowledge of the German and European tour operator market
• Knowledge of the destination management market (DMC structures) desirable
• Good knowledge of English
• Affinity for figures and statistics
• Ability to work independently and experience in project management desirable
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as problem-solving ability
• Results-oriented thinking and acting
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with strong communication skills and a high degree of responsibility
