On behalf of our customers we are looking for a People & Culture Assistance (m/f/d) at our Köln location as part of our direct personnel placement service.

Your Tasks

• Support in all HR administrative processes
• Maintenance of digital personnel files and HR systems
• Organization of interviews and onboarding processes
• Preparation of contracts, references and certificates
• Support for HR projects and employer branding activities
• Communication with employees and managers

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or degree with HR focus
• First experience in HR assistance or administration desirable
• Very good English skills, German knowledge is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS-Office and HR software
• Organizational talent, communication skills and discretion
• Structured and service-oriented way of working
