Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out | Cologne (m/f/d)

Full-time (40 h/week)

Your responsibillities:

• Consulting – Guiding and supporting clients and developers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Project Management – Preparing cost estimates and proposals; sourcing materials and merchandise; developing schedules and managing orders based on external planning; identifying regulatory requirements.
• Contract Management – Issuing order confirmations and subcontractor tenders; conducting price negotiations; drafting service contracts and coordinating various trades.
• Site Supervision – Leading pre-construction briefings; monitoring construction sites and progress; performing quality control; managing final handovers with clients and authorities.

How you can make an impact:

• Education – You are a Master Craftsman, Certified Technician, or hold a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience – Several years of experience as a Master Craftsman or in the field of interior fit-out and shopfitting (initial leadership experience is a plus).
• Skills – You possess a systematic work approach, exceptional organizational talent, and strong analytical skills. You are highly self-motivated and maintain a clear focus on customer service and project excellence.
• Flexibility – A valid Class B driver’s license and a willingness to travel are required.
