On behalf of our customers we are looking for a Sales Specialist (m/f/d) (Beauty & Care) at our Köln location as part of our direct personnel placement service.

Your Tasks

• Acquisition and support of customers in the Beauty & Care segment
• Presentation of products and services to national and international clients
• Development and implementation of sales strategies
• Preparation of offers and execution of contract negotiations
• Close cooperation with marketing and product management
• Market observation and reporting to management

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or degree in economics/marketing
• Initial experience in sales, ideally in Beauty, Cosmetics or Care
• Very good English skills, German knowledge is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS-Office and CRM systems
• Communication skills, negotiation skills and enthusiasm for sales
• Independent, structured and team-oriented working style
