In dieser Rolle arbeitest du in einem unserer IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), in denen wir tiefe technische und branchenspezifische Expertise für eine breite Palette von öffentlichen und privaten Kunden weltweit bereitstellen. Unsere Delivery Centers bieten unseren Kunden lokal verfügbare Kompetenzen und technisches Know-how, um Innovation und die Einführung neuer Technologien voranzutreiben.
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
• Als Architekt (m/w/d) bei IBM Consulting übernimmst du die Führung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kundenlösungen. Du vertrittst die Interessen des
Kunden und steuerst das technische Team sicher zur Implementierung.
• Du verstehst gemeinsam mit Kunden und internen Partnern das Business-Problem, die Anforderungen und Rahmenbedingungen und entwickelst daraus klare, detaillierte Architekturen.
• Als AI Architect (m/w/d) entwirfst und realisierst du KI- und kognitive Lösungen – oft plattformübergreifend und aus mehreren Technologien. Du erstellst die technische Lösungsarchitektur, leitest Entwicklung, Integration und Tests.
• Du beherrschst aktuelle Technologie-Stacks, wählst gezielt KI-/Analyse-Komponenten aus und achtest auf Performance und solides Engineering. Du verstehst Datenformate, Quellen, Content-Management-Systeme und Schnittstellen, um den kompletten Informationsfluss von der Quelle bis zur KI-Verarbeitung sicher zu gestalten.
Required education
Required technical and professional expertise
• Fundierte Informatik-Grundlagen + KI/ML/DevSecOps/AIOps
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit AI-Architekturen (Generative AI, LLMs, Cloud)
• Praktische Expertise mit LLMs, agentischer & generativer KI (RAG, Agent-Patterns)
• Tiefes Know-how in:
o OpenShift + Container (inkl. GPU)
o GenAI-/Agent-Architekturen
o DevSecOps / MLOps (CI/CD, ML-Lifecycle)
o API-Design & Integration
• Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse (PyTorch, Model-Deployment)
• Starke Kundenberatung & Fähigkeit, AI-Transformationsstrategien zu gestalten
• Erfahrung in der Leitung technischer Teams
• Exzellentes Deutsch (mind. C1)
• Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit AI-Architekturen (Generative AI, LLMs, Cloud)
