FOR REAL ESTATE VALUATION

We provide comprehensive and goal-oriented advice and prepare market value, mortgage lending value and rental value appraisals. Our national and international valuation portfolio covers all types of use from residential properties to commercial and special real estate. YOUR TASKS

• Preparation of comprehensive market, mortgage lending and rental value appraisals for private and institutional clients, courts and companies
• Review and plausibility check of complex appraisals
• Independent market, location and property analyses
• Collaboration in internal company projects on digitalization, AI and sustainability

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a real estate expert, ideally in national and international valuation projects
• University degree in the field of real estate, e.g. architecture, geodesy, geography, civil engineering, business administration
• Sound knowledge of market mechanisms in the real estate sector
• Certification according to HypZert, RICS or comparable advantageous (not a prerequisite)
• Independence, strong analytical skills, team orientation and structured way of working
• Professional handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and good knowledge of English (further foreign language skills are an advantage)
