Analyze economic, technological, and regulatory frameworks—including those related to the European Central Bank, CBDCs, KYC, and digital wallets—to inform solution design. Develop use cases, prototypes, and business impact assessments, and support the design of payment architectures and blockchain applications in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Apply financial services expertise, particularly in credit across corporate and retail segments, while contributing to client proposals, agreement structuring, and business development activities aligned with booking targets.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy development and business case creation in the context of the digital euro, contributing to client-focused, forward-looking solutions.
• Analyze economic, technological, and regulatory frameworks, including those related to the European Central Bank, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), KYC requirements, and digital wallet ecosystems.
• Develop and evaluate use cases, prototypes, and business impact assessments to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to the conceptual design of payment architectures and blockchain-based applications, ensuring alignment with client and market requirements.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary experts across data, technology, policy, and design to deliver integrated solutions.
• Apply expertise in the financial services industry, with a focus on credit across both corporate and retail segments, supported by strong knowledge of financial products, processes, and organizational structures.
• Support the development of client proposals and contribute to the structuring and negotiation of client agreements in line with project scope and delivery capabilities.
• Contribute to business development activities, supporting the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets.

• Professional experience in management consulting, financial services, or digital payments, with demonstrated success in client-facing roles such as account management or consulting.

• Strong interest in emerging topics such as blockchain, FinTech, and digital currencies.

• Well-developed analytical capabilities, combined with strong communication skills and a structured, digital-first way of thinking.

• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (including C-level and C-1) as well as internal teams.

• High level of motivation to learn, with a commitment to continuous professional development and delivering high-quality results.

• Academic background in economics, computer science, political science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
