We are an established, innovative company headquartered in Cologne with offices in Berlin and Munich, specializing in HR services. With years of experience and a broad network, we offer professional support in all aspects of human resources. Our focus is on tailored, modern solutions and personalized support. To strengthen our team in Cologne, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a working student (m/f/d) in Social Media.
Your Tasks
- Assistance with planning, creating, and publishing content on our social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Developing creative content ideas (posts, stories, campaign formats) in coordination with Marketing and Recruiting
- Maintaining and further developing our social media presence in line with our brand strategy
- You will research topics related to human resources management and organize their dissemination through our partners
Our Requirements
- You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d)
- Previous internships or work-study positions in content management are a plus
- A strong interest in human resources topics
- Proficiency in MS Office products and strong written and verbal English skills are required
- Your strengths include strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a passion for working with people
