Our partner is an internationally active engineering company specialising in the development and implementation of solar thermal power plants. With a strong focus on energy security, cost stability and CO₂ reduction, advanced process heat solutions are delivered worldwide. As international projects continue to expand, the Cologne-based engineering team is being strengthened with an experienced technical documentation professional.

Verantwortung:

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation including manuals, installation guides and training materials

• Translation of complex engineering concepts into structured, user-friendly documentation

• Close collaboration with engineering, product and project teams to ensure technical accuracy

• Management of multilingual documentation and coordination of translation workflows

• Continuous improvement of documentation standards, tools and internal processes

Qualifikationen:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communication or related field

• Proven experience as Technical Writer / Technical Author in an industrial environment

• Excellent written and spoken English (technical level)

• Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret engineering documentation

• Experience with structured documentation tools (e.g. XML, DITA, FrameMaker, MadCap Flare)
