To further elevate our digital presence and customer experience, we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer / Product Designer (m/f/d) who thrives in creating seamless, user-centric digital experiences and wants to help shape the future of business communication.

Aufgaben

As a UX/UI Designer / Product Designer, you’ll join our Digital & Growth Team to elevate how users experience Placetel’s digital platforms. Your mission: to bring clarity, usability, and delight to complex journeys — from first-time visitors exploring our solutions to existing customers managing their setup. Your designs will guide users to navigate, evaluate, and succeed with simplicity and confidence.

Your key responsibilities:

• Create and optimize UX/UI designs for websites, landing pages, product pages, our digital self-service flows as well as for our user- and product portals.
• Develop interactive prototypes to validate user flows and interface concepts
• Improve existing experiences with a focus on usability, performance, accessibility, and conversion
• Collaborate closely with product owners, marketing, development and other stakeholders
• Support UX research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
• Ensure a consistent and brand-aligned digital experience across all customer touchpoints
• Refine and extend our current design systems and implement in a consistent way across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifikation

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and measurable impact
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, prototyping tools, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to code
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with data-driven design decisions
• Fluent in German and comfortable in English-speaking team environments
• Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently in a remote-first setup
