Who are we looking for:

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a full-time, permanent Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team in Kohlberg as soon as possible.

This is what awaits you:

• Supporting the key account managers in general sales activities
• Creation of quotations in the ERP system and dispatch to customers
• Creating new orders and requests for proposals in the ERP system and subsequently sending out order confirmations
• Invoicing of orders after prior approval
• Monitoring of open offers and follow-up with the customer
• Answering calls
• Customer contact

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an event management assistant, IT systems management assistant, industrial business management assistant, office management assistant or comparable
• Experience in working with ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics NAV

• Confident handling of MS Office products
• Conscientious, structured and independent way of working
• Technical knowledge in the field of media and event technology is an advantage
