• Commercial management and coordination of national and international solar EPC projects in collaboration with the responsible project managers (m/f/d) and project controllers (m/f/d)
• Commercial evaluation and assessment of legal issues/contracts
• Supporting the contractual aspects of the project (commercial contract management)
• Checking incoming invoices and issuing outgoing invoices within the project
• Administration of payment securities and preparation of all payment-triggering documents
• Preparation of commercial reporting, including cost and liquidity planning
• Structured implementation of risk management
• Preparation of commercial project closure, including implementation of a project review
• Support for insurance and claims management
