• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices for document management.
• Monitoring the classification, storage, version control, and retrieval of all company documents and records.
• Proper formatting, naming and organisation of documents
• Maintaining records of document transactions and archiving.
• Training employees on document management policies and procedures.
• Monitoring the document management system for potential improvements and upgrades
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the proper maintenance and management of company documents
