Are documents your thing? Perfect – we are looking for you! As a Document Controller (m/f/d), you will develop smart processes, keep our documents on track and bring structure to complex workflows. You will be the first point of contact when it comes to clean filing, clear guidelines and efficient collaboration – and you will also train colleagues so that everyone knows how things work. - Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices for document management.
- Monitoring the classification, storage, version control, and retrieval of all company documents and records.
- Proper formatting, naming and organisation of documents
- Maintaining records of document transactions and archiving.
- Training employees on document management policies and procedures.
- Monitoring the document management system for potential improvements and upgrades
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the proper maintenance and management of company documents
Your profile
- Completed training/degree in office management, business administration, project management or comparable qualification
- Must have: Very good organisational and time management skills
- Must have: Good knowledge of MS O365 products
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English
- Your skills: Motivated and communicative team player (m/f/d) with a careful and results-oriented approach to work
