- Operational implementation of BELECTRIC customer projects in relation to procurement and logistics, including import and export
- Independent processing and tracking of procurement processes: order processing, monitoring of delivery dates and invoice verification
- Handling of supply chain management and logistics processes in the ERP system, master data verification and maintenance
- Communication and handling of warranty and quality processes with suppliers
- Coordination and support of all international BELECTRIC O&M teams in procurement on relevant topics
- Analysis of material requirements for O&M projects
Your profile
- Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a comparable qualification
- Experience with relevant IT tools for customs and export
- Must have: good knowledge of goods traffic, customs and export control within the EU and internationally
- Must have: knowledge of foreign trade, customs and export control
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
- Very good English skills and good German skills
- Your skills: communicative team player (m/f/d) with an independent working style and intercultural competence
