• Research work on potential service providers, suppliers and partners
• Benchmark industry standards and competitor practices as input for Development Strategy
• Support in developing price, costs and revenue models for BESS based on different technologies and market models
• Develop PV and Hybrid (PV + BESS) projects in Germany first, other relevant markets could be possible
• Establish first contacts and maintain good relations with all possible internal and external stakeholders (Stakeholder management)
• Secure land rights and negotiate lease or pruchase agreements
• Monitor Regulatory Changes, like e.g. incentives programs, grid codes
• Conduct techno-commercial and environmental feasibility studies
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and investors
