Tasks

Your responsibilities will be triple:

1. Management of the entire business life cycle management
2. Management of the talent acquisition process
3. Management of a team of consultants

Your missions will be:

• Clients and candidates sourcing
• Sales and recruitment strategy definition
• Set up, lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-makers in the Industry
• Set up, lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhD degrees
• Negotiate contractual terms with your clients and your candidates
• Signature of full-time contracts with your consultants
• Career plans management
• People management
• Business unit management

Requirements

Here is what you need to have in your backpack to make this job an adventure with us:

• Native in German
• MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development
• You have between 0-3 years'experience
• Strong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Engineering
• Strong communication and ability to communicate complex information in simple terms
