We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a Quality Assurance & Process Optimization colleague for our office Constance, Germany. In this role, you serve as an interface between IT and business, while maintaining an operations-focused approach and delivering strategic impact. This role reports directly to the COO.

Tasks

• Full ownership of Quality Assurance topics, such as ISO9001, ISO17025.
• Cross-functional Process Optimization: You leverage databases, tools, and automation mechanisms to improve company-wide efficiency.
• You administer and maintain the current databases & ERP.
• Act as backup in all operational processes – i.e., logistics, customs, shipping.
• You perform tool calibrations in our in-house Calibration Lab.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• You live in the Constance area – this is an in-office role.
• Excellent understanding of our existing tech-stack –
• Must have: MS ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Automate).
• Nice to have: HubSpot, PandaDoc, GitLab
• Basic understanding of scripting language- i.e., Python or Java.
• High attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with excellent English skills (grammatically correct verbally and in writing).
• Analytical and structured mindset.
