We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a Team Member in our Operations & Calibration Lab for our office in Constance, Germany. In this role, you serve as an interface between IT and business, while maintaining an operations-focused approach and delivering strategic impact. This role reports directly to the COO.

Tasks

• You administer and maintain the current databases & ERP.
• Act as backup in all operational processes – i.e., logistics, customs, shipping.
• You perform tool calibrations in our in-house Calibration Lab.
• Hands-on in all areas of our system build process
• Growth potential: Develop into a cross-functional Process Optimization role, leveraging our databases, tools, and automation mechanisms to improve company-wide efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• You live in the Constance area – this is an in-office role.
• Excellent understanding of our existing tech-stack –
• Must have: MS ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Automate).
• High attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with excellent English skills (grammatically correct verbally and in writing).
• Analytical and structured mindset.
