We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Life Cycle Solutions Sales Team in Krailling.

Your Mission

  • As a specialized Software Sales Representative, you play a key role in expanding the adoption of the EOS software portfolio to new and existing customers across the EMEA region.

  • A central part of your role is identifying and engaging potential prospects and guiding them through the entire sales cycle.

  • Acting as the main point of contact, you provide pre‑sales technical assistance and product training while ensuring customers have the expertise needed to make informed decisions.

  • Together with our Head of Life Cycle Solutions, you contribute to shaping an effective go-to-market strategy for the software business.

  • You collaborate closely with sales, marketing, application, consulting, and management teams to ensure a tailored sales approach.

  • You contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the internal software sales process.

  • You provide input for calculating quotations and help guide negotiations on sales conditions and contract terms.

  • You represent EOS at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to support broader marketing activities.

Your Talents

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related commercial or technical field

  • Several years of experience in software sales in an international high-tech manufacturing environment

  • Proven track record in target account selling, solution selling, consultative sales and in selling software subscriptions as part of a manufacturing solution

  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus

  • Willingness to travel

  • Driving license class B
