• Execute strategic leadership: You develop and implement the Data Intelligence and AI roadmap in alignment with corporate objectives, and steer initiatives that unlock measurable business value through Data and AI.

• Engage with stakeholders: You collaborate closely with business units, IT, and management, and translate complex technical concepts into business value.

• Build and mentor a team: You provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the team, including coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

• Drive initiatives and explore innovation: You identify and evaluate new use cases, prioritize and execute projects across GenAI, RAG, Predictive Analytics, and systematically advance innovation within the organization.

• Ensure governance and compliance: You establish and maintain standards for data quality, data protection, and responsible AI usage, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.

• Plan budget & resources: You oversee budgets, tools, and resource planning, ensuring that capabilities and capacities are aligned with strategic goals.

Your Talents

• Completed degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, business informatics or a comparable field, or similar educational level

• Several years of experience in successfully implementing Data and AI/ML initiatives from concept to production and continuous optimization

• Deep understanding of Data Engineering, AI/ML, Azure stack (Databricks, ML Studio, DevOps)

• Experienced leader skilled at aligning diverse teams and building strong stakeholder partnerships

• Ability to translate data-driven decisions and AI initiatives into measurable business success

• Experience with enterprise architectures and data governance frameworks

• Knowledge of GenAI strategies and their scaling

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in English and German
