We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our CRM and Sales Processes Team in Krailling.

Your Mission
As a Sales Process Manager, you increase the efficiency of our sales operations by streamlining our Sales process landscape and by continuously improving our CRM system salesforce.
You lead and coordinate sales-related projects and change requests and manage sub-projects in the areas of process optimization and digital transformation.
You translate operational requirements into concrete system features and enhancements and coordinate their implementation in close collaboration with IT and external partners.
You apply AI tools such as automation, predictive analytics, and process mining to identify and implement improvements across our sales processes and leverage relevant KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making.
In collaboration with the Sales Enablement team, you support training initiatives and actively drive change management activities to foster user for new tools and processes.
Your Talents
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a related commercial field, alternatively equivalent qualification
Min. 2 years of experience in project management, sales operations, or CRM related roles
Solid understanding of CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce
Exposure to AI technologies such as automation, machine learning, or data analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau CRM, Power BI, UiPath).
Fluent in English
